Transcription: Finally there is in the paragraph command the ability to control spacing before and after your paragraph. As we see right now our paragraphs are pretty squished together, but we can increase the space before or the space after click OK and now it's easier to see the separation between our heading and our first paragraph. So the paragraph command creates white space above below to the left, to the right, and on the first line of a paragraph.
